Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support the full spectrum of HCM operations across recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee lifecycle processes for Singapore and Johor Bahru office;
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of candidates;
  • Coordinate and support the full performance management cycle, ensuring timely execution and follow-ups;
  • Maintain accurate employee records, and ensure proper documentation in HR systems.
  • Prepare HCM analytical reports and HCM dashboards as required;
  • Assist in the development, review, enhancement, and implementation of HCM policies and best practices;
  • Collaborate closely with Singapore-based HCM Managers and the HCM team to deliver effective HCM solutions across employee lifecycle;
  • Support HCM Initiatives in areas such as HCM Compliance, Compensation processes, Talent Development, Employee Engagement, and Organisational Development projects, as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent;
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing full spectrum of HCM function;
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt and contribute across different HCM initiatives;
  • Strong understanding of core HCM processes and ability to apply them in varied contexts;
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS (e.g. Workday), Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
  • Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HCM best practices;
  • Good command of English, with strong writing and communication skills;
  • This is a contract position based in Johor Bahru, Malaysia with opportunities to travel when required.
