Functional (job responsibilities)
Assisting in maintaining Trade-i e-banking platforms, websites and channel portals, legal documentation pertaining to trade-i, trade -i product disclosure sheets and other related documentation where required.
Partnering and collaborating internally and externally with stakeholders
Engaging with event attendees and represent the company brand at corporate events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
Support to internal stakeholders in meeting budgets for both assets and liabilities
Assisting in attending and troubleshooting all inquiries/ problems from various departments on Islamic products
Assisting Trade-i team in updating the internal stakeholders (business and trade centers) on Islamic product knowledge, structures, terms and conditions of their usage.
Maintaining and updating SOPs for all trade products post launching by product Development (PD) team.
Assisting in compiling and preparing updates, MIS on monthly basis (or when required).
Compliance to group standard of conduct and audit requirement
Managerial (team/group responsibilities)
Managing the internal and external stakeholders.
Supporting and assisting the department head in the running of the department
Organizational (organizational responsibilities)
Providing reports and supporting the team and group initiatives as and when required.
Education/Qualification
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or Commerce-related Degree
Experience
Fresh graduate (Muamalat, Islamic Finance, Shariah or INSTEP qualification is desirable)
Special Skills
Ability to work well in a team, strong sense of ownership, a can do attitude and strong analytical / numerical grasp. Strong knowledge in MS Office application (especially for Excel and PowerPoint) and aptitude for computer systems is desirable.
