Job Description:

  • Manage daily car park collections, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation, safekeeping, and timely bank-in.
  • Verify collections against sales and audit reports; prepare daily and monthly collection reports.
  • Reconcile cashless transactions and liaise with vendors on discrepancies.
  • Administer season passes (applications, renewals, terminations, refunds) and handle related inquiries.
  • Process petty cash, claims, deposit refunds, and monthly incentive/OT reports.
  • Coordinate armed bank deposits and verify deposit slips.
  • Support departmental operations and supervise assigned staff when required.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Studies/Administration/ Management, Commerce, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Proficient administrative/organizational skills.
  • Analytical with fine attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Possesses intermediate to advanced level of skills in Microsoft application programs (especially in Microsoft Excel).
