EXECUTIVE I - OPERATIONS

Description

• Ensure all compliance agreements in place with suppliers and with business partners.
• Maintain a responsive communication with tenants.
• Inspects the interior and exterior of the building on a regular basis and follow up on deficiencies noted.
• Responsible to implement Shopping Mall Operating Procedures and Cleanliness Policy & Procedures.
• Maintain property by investigating and resolving Tenant's complaints; enforcing rules and escalating issues and problems to senior management when necessary.
• Works directly with contractors, service providers, and tenants to resolve any operational issues and follows through accordingly.
• Controls the use of corridors in front of shops by tenants.
• Manages tenants schedules for delivery of goods from the loading bay to their respective outlets.
• Ensures that disciplinary action is taken on tenants who violate operational procedures, particularly recurring offenders.
• Implement sustainable operational practices, including waste reduction and energy efficiency.
• Ensure Operations Department policies and practices align with the company's quality, safety, health, and environmental policies, fostering a safe and sustainable workplace.
• Ensure secure handling of customer and tenant data, aligning with PDPA requirements.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree, Postgraduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, or equivalent.
