Job Descriptions:
- Demand Forecasting:
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to forecast future demand.
- Collaborate with sales, purchasing team to gather input for demand planning.
- Adjust forecasts based on market conditions and promotional activities.
2. Replenishment Planning:
- Determine optimal order quantities and reorder points.
- Coordinate with Procurement to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues affecting inventory availability.
3. Replenishment Planning:
- Monitor inventory levels and perform regular stock analysis.
- Identify slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory and recommend actions.
- Analyze and report on inventory performance metrics such as turnover rates, fill rates, and stock accuracy.
- Identify and implement inventory optimization strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
4. Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to align inventory levels with operational needs.
- Participate in new product launch planning and inventory setup.
- Communicate inventory status and potential issues to relevant stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Sciences or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome or with work experiences 1-2 years
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel)
- Highly interested in numerical, analysis and forecast
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
