Our client is acompany originally founded in 1991 in Singapore, with its main activities are supplying smart sanitary solutions through wholesale, retail, e-commerce, plus providing after-sales service.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage our end-to-end purchasing and order fulfilment processes. This role requires strong coordination, analytical, and leadership skills to drive operational efficiency and meet customer delivery commitments.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate Order Fulfilment operations, including supply/demand forecasting, inventory control, and customer order execution.
  • Oversee strategic sourcing, procurement, contracting, and evaluation of services across the organization.
  • Implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize procurement efficiency.
  • Establish quarterly forecasts and monitor monthly transactions to achieve sales targets.
  • Enhance inter-department collaboration to meet customer delivery schedules.
  • Provide analysis and solutions to address performance shortfalls.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with internal teams on project, production, and procurement updates.
  • Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with obligations.
  • Oversee regional and export order fulfilment.
  • Ensure internal processes and documentation are completed within required timelines.
  • Prepare and review reports and documentation accurately and on schedule.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve team performance.
  • Develop and implement new systems, best practices, and process improvements to support business growth.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent discipline.


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the building industry with knowledge of contractual terms and agreements.

  • Proficient in SAP system and related procurement tools.

  • Meticulous in planning, with strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Dynamic team leader with excellent leadership and people management qualities.

  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively liaise with multilingual clients, vendors, and suppliers

Remuneration:

MYR 4,000 - MYR 6,000
