Responsibilities

• Foster good working relationships with business stakeholders.
• Work with Business Development / IT PM on RFI and RFQ activities.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Project Delivery to deliver IT solutions which meet business requirements.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with relevant IT counterparts.
• Manage vendor relations to ensure service delivery contracts are fulfilled.
• Implementation and continual assessment of Project Delivery standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 year of experience in managing IT infrastructure and operations, preferably in a Third-Party Logistics (3PL) environment
• Solid knowledge / experience in ITIL processes
• Knowledge of vendor management, contract establishment / management
• Knowledge of general IT trends and technologies
• Ability to lead and manage team effectively in complex matrix organizations
• Result-oriented, goal-driven and commitment towards operation and service excellence
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
