Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Support daily sales operations for both internal and external needs.
  • Strengthen customer relationships to help achieve company goals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Respond to customer requests and complaints promptly and accurately.
  • Assist in collecting market intelligence (e.g. market share, pricing, competitors).
  • Review and verify customer orders before processing.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
  • Review customer agreements before submission to the Legal Department.
  • Guide and support junior sales staff in their roles.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive in handling tasks.
  • Good in handling customers and resolving issues.
  • Basic knowledge of sales process and documentation.
