JOB SUMMARY:
You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Key Account Manager for a portfolio of customers. You will act as a liaison between customers, key account management, and trade departments on operational issues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Key Account Manager in implementing regional strategies.
- Ensure optimal customer service and meet assigned KPIs to grow sales and profitability of assigned Key Accounts.
- Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and business reports.
- Assist with tender processing, price quotes, and rate negotiations.
- Promote group services such as VAS and cross-sell activities to assigned Global Accounts.
- Collaborate with the relevant parties to push for the volumes
- Promote value added services and cross sell products
- Contribute to dispute resolution with pricers and back-offices, perform other related duties as assigned
- Prepare performance, forecast, budget and other required ad-hoc business reports
- Analyze data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities
- Process tender, price quotes and rate negotiations for assigned Key Accounts
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree in related field
- 2 years related field experience in Shipping industry
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
