Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

You will be responsible for providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Key Account Manager for a portfolio of customers. You will act as a liaison between customers, key account management, and trade departments on operational issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Key Account Manager in implementing regional strategies.
  • Ensure optimal customer service and meet assigned KPIs to grow sales and profitability of assigned Key Accounts.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts, budgets, and business reports.
  • Assist with tender processing, price quotes, and rate negotiations.
  • Promote group services such as VAS and cross-sell activities to assigned Global Accounts.
  • Collaborate with the relevant parties to push for the volumes
  • Promote value added services and cross sell products
  • Contribute to dispute resolution with pricers and back-offices, perform other related duties as assigned
  • Prepare performance, forecast, budget and other required ad-hoc business reports
  • Analyze data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities
  • Process tender, price quotes and rate negotiations for assigned Key Accounts

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor degree in related field
  • 2 years related field experience in Shipping industry
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
