Your Mission

  • Facilitate all types of in-house training programme implementation as per annual training calendar including managing the course accessibility and enrolments in NADI and timely communication, HRDC documentations and logistical arrangement.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal training by providing relevant administrative support and functional assistance to the internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate in-house training expenses (budget and HRDC), attendance and completion. Handle general L&D administrative tasks including processing payment, data entry and supporting the preparation of report and presentations for management.
  • Manage data related to LinkedIn Learning activities, monitor and track learners engagement and progress on LinkedIn Learning, and provide support in resolving access or technical issues.
  • Supporting the execution of learning and development events by facilitating logistics arrangements, including booking venues, managing participant registration, and assisting smooth operations during the events.
  • Managing the Education Financial Assistance (EDUA) – managing information of employees bonded to the company, processing the reimbursement, managing EDUA application.
  • Managing the Employees Children Education Excellence Award (ECEEA) – processing the application and organizing the event.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining training policies and process flow documentation as and when needed.

Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration or other related disciplines.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role is preferred.
