Job Summary

The Executive - Marketing Communications, Sales and Marketing is responsible for supporting the development and execution of integrated marketing communication strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive sales objectives. This role involves assisting with content creation, managing communication channels, coordinating campaigns, and analyzing performance to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms. The Executive will work closely with the Marketing Communications Manager and sales teams to translate business goals into compelling narratives and measurable marketing outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, edit, and proofread engaging marketing communication materials, including website content, blog posts, social media captions, email newsletters, press releases, presentations, and sales collateral.

  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and marketing objectives. Assist in conceptualizing and developing creative visual and written content for various campaigns.

  • Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing communication campaigns across digital (e.g., social media, email, web) and traditional (e.g., print, events) channels. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales) and external vendors (e.g., agencies, designers, media partners) for timely delivery of communication assets.

  • Manage marketing calendars and project timelines for communication initiatives. Assist in managing and updating content on the company's website, blog, and social media platforms. Support social media scheduling, community engagement, and monitoring of trends and conversations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in a marketing communications or public relations role.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand management, and various communication channels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling copy, articulate ideas clearly, and present information professionally.

  • A keen eye for aesthetics, strong visual literacy, and the ability to contribute to creative concepts and engaging content.

  • Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, crucial for managing multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively.

  • Strong ability to analyze communication data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to optimize strategies.

  • Proven ability to work effectively within a cross-functional team environment and build strong relationships with sales, product, and other departments.

Expected Minimum Years of Experience

3 Years and above in relevant working experience
