Who are we
Yinson Green Technologies Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yinson Holdings Berhad. Yinson Holdings Berhad is a public limited liability company, incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia, and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.
In 2020 Yinson established Yinson Green Technologies in order to develop projects within technologies that help to solve the world's environmental challenges, making the world a better place to live for current and future generations.
As the Marketing Executive carries out branding and marketing for YGT. The role will protect YGT brand image by conducting training for key internal stakeholders on brand guidelines, organize creative campaigns and promotional events, performs market research/market trend on brand awareness, identify target buyer and seller landscapes for marketing and communication plan. This role also required to communicates regularly with regional marketing teams to obtain insights on conducting promotions and offerings, develop relationship with advertising agencies, external suppliers and key industry stakeholders by attending networking events and keeping updated on key trends in the industry.
What You Will Do
- Carry out various channel initiatives and provide data-driven feedback on their performance.
- Conduct research on brand awareness and associations.
- Conduct working level engagements with business functions to identify new products and develop marketing campaigns.
- Design marketing campaign theme to enhance engagements with new products and promotions.
- Execute branding plans to enhance brand reputation.
- Participate in planning and managing in event participations
- Execute marketing channel enhancements and review them to support enhancement approaches.
- Execute marketing communication plans and content marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
- Maintain organisation's social media / website platforms and digital marketing channels to align with branding strategies.
- Manage communication of brand guidelines across internal stakeholders and monitor feedback aligned with the marketing team
- Manage working level relationships with vendors and creative agencies.
- Monitor development of collaterals across digital marketing platforms.
- Monitor objectives throughout marketing implementation.
- Review buyer, seller and customer data to plan target profiling.
- Review industry landscape, digital marketing technologies and competitor products to plan marketing strategies.
- Review performance of marketing campaigns based on campaign targets to identify areas of improvement.
- Support the use of technologies, electronic tools and devices.
- Work with Corporate Communications to avoid external brand reputation risks.
- Work with agencies to develop marketing campaign collaterals.
- Work with internal stakeholders to adopt new digital marketing technologies for current marketing processes.
- To execute any other duties as and when required by immediate superior or management.
We Are Looking For Graduates With The Following Background
- Degree in Business Management majoring in Marketing / Corporate Communication is preferred
- 1 to 2 years working experiences in a similar role
