This roles responsible to assist and execute in a wide array administrative roles and activities in specific areas relevant to the day-to-day work of the Head/Senior Manager of MLE & Knowledge to ensure both the tasks and processes run smoothly and effectively.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute the general administration activities in the function.
- Prepare and upkeep administration documentations and reports for all administration activities of their respective function.
- Organize other office activities related to their respective function which include organize, schedule meetings and appointments for respective Head/senior Manager.
- Ensure operations of their respective function adhere to policies and regulations.
- Keep abreast with all organizational changes and administrative requirements.
- Assist in resolving administrative problems and carry out duties as and when required by the Head/Senior Manager within the specified job scope.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Office Administration/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience as Administration Executive or Generalist.
- Good analytical skills and well organised.
- Good interpersonal skills and people oriented.
- Good communication skills written and verbal.
- Self driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
