Executive, Motor Own Damage Claims Examiner

You ll resposible for Settlement of Motor Own Damage Claims (Review Claim Documents, Damage Assessmnet and Make Settlement offer for an Own Damage Claims)

Key responsibilities

To review of Motor policy liability.
Attend to claims enquiry from policyholder , agents and branch office.
To obtain necessary claims documents for claim processing
To assess vehicle damages based on documents / reports that support claims
To Identify potential fraud claims through system and manual triggers.
To offer settlement to workshop & insured

Key requirements:

Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Automotive field
Preferably 3 years of experience in related field
Strong skills in Automotive Assessment
Ability to adapt and learn fast, diligent and trustworthy
Computer literate, especially in MS Word, Excel
Strong communication skill
