Job Summary
Prepare, clean, analyse, and maintain NADI-related data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Perform data validation, consolidation, tracking, and reporting to support operational monitoring, governance reporting, and management decision-making. Provide accurate data and information in response to internal and external requests and official correspondence to support the Head of Department and team.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform data validation, consolidation, analysis, and maintenance of NADI-related data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and consolidate any relevant NADI data ie membership, programme participation, and operational performance for reporting to the Head of Department and relevant stakeholders.
- Cleanse and verify datasets by identifying duplications, missing information, and errors to ensure readiness for analysis and governance purposes.
- Follow-up with team, internal and external stakeholders to collect outstanding data and resolve inconsistencies.
- Prepare periodic data reports, dashboards, and summaries for internal review, USP claims, and Commission submissions.
- Support data mapping and integration activities to align NADI data with national databases and geospatial platforms (e.g., KOA mapping, geospatial layers).
- Maintain accurate filing, documentation, and version control of datasets for easy retrieval and audit readiness.
- Monitor data submission timelines and escalate recurring delays or issues to the P5 officer or Head of Department for resolution.
- Provide accurate data and information in response to internal and external requests and official correspondence
- Undertake other data-related tasks and ad-hoc assignments as directed by P5 or the Head of Department.
Qualification & Work Experience
- Bachelor's Degree Data Science, Statistics, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field, Professional certification in data management, analytics, or information systems is an added advantage
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in data management, data entry, reporting, or related functional areas, preferably within a service delivery, compliance, or governance driven environment.
- Good understanding of data analysis, data interpretation, and data validation
- Experience in data cleansing, consolidation, and report preparation, including the use of data collection and data analysis platforms, tools, or dashboards, will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to handle large datasets, multiple reporting requirements, and tight timelines with accuracy and consistency.
Technical Competencies/Skills
- Proficiency in data preparation, cleansing, validation, and consolidation to support accurate reporting and analysis.
- Basic understanding of data governance, confidentiality, and compliance requirements, including PDPA and internal policies.
- Competence in using data analysis and reporting tools, including Microsoft Excel and Power BI, as well as documentation management systems.
- Ability to generate standard reports, dashboards, and summaries accurately and within prescribed timelines.

Contract based role
Candidate must be willing to work in Cyberjaya
