What are you accountable for
Retail 3.0 Elements
- Lead the team to deliver well-differentiated customer experience in a Maxis Store primarily by showcasing digital lifestyle solutions through in-store demonstrations and being a solutions advisor to the customers
- Build a new retail environment enabled with Experiential journey demonstrating relevant solutions to create excitement for customers at every engagement opportunity leveraging both digital and physical capabilities and customer insights
- Lead the execution of sales strategic plans with the aim to achieve sales targets (58%)
- Monitor sales performance dashboard and work on the sales gaps
- Smart scheduling crew for Telesales during low traffic (hourly)
- Plan Demo and Play activities and slots in-store
- Plan digital outreach via Social Media
- Plan and execute product roadshow
What do you need to have for this role
- Personal traits: Positive, Passionate, Collaborative, Creative, a self-starter, ability to perform under pressure in a challenging environment and a team player.
- The required leadership traits include strategic thinking, strong business acumen and ability to influence the team
- Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree or its equivalent
- Relevant work experience of minimum 4 years in telecommunications or retail industries preferred. Experience in showcasing and conducting product demonstrations preferred.
