Key Responsibilities
Support structuring of solution frameworks
- Assist in organising solutions across investments, bancassurance, and other offerings into clear, coherent frameworks.
- Support documentation of how solutions should be positioned and delivered to clients.
- Ensure alignment between product capabilities and segment-level solution strategy.
Translate solutions into RM-facing playbooks
- Develop practical RM playbooks, guides, and reference materials based on solution frameworks.
- Ensure materials are clear, structured, and usable in real client conversations.
- Support consistency of advisory standards across markets.
Support RM enablement and advisory models
- Assist in developing RM advisory approaches, coverage models, and engagement frameworks.
- Support the preparation of enablement materials (e.g. case examples, structured approaches, and client scenarios).
- Ensure alignment between RM capability and solution strategy.
Coordinate across product and country teams
- Liaise with product teams (investments, bancassurance, etc.) to gather inputs on solutions and partnerships.
- Work with country teams to understand local practices and constraints.
- Incorporate feedback to refine frameworks, playbooks, and materials.
Support adoption tracking and feedback loops
- Support the tracking of solution uptake and RM adoption across markets.
- Gather feedback on the practicality and effectiveness of solutions and enablement materials.
- Highlight gaps, inconsistencies, or areas for improvement.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Arts, or Law).
- 2–5 years of experience in banking, wealth, product support, sales support, or enablement roles.
- Exposure to an RM environment or customer engagement processes is preferred.
- Basic understanding of banking or wealth products (investments and insurance preferred).
