Job Description

Job Scope / Position Summary

  • To process policies documents, ensure SLAs are met consistently.

Main Responsibility

  • To ensure all transactions (New, Renewal, Endorsement and Cancellation) are processed accurately and timely in POLM.
  • To ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in Accuracy, Turnaround Time and Productivity are achieved consistently as stated in the Business Goals.
  • Assist in conducting training, performing checking.
  • To update user manual timely & accurately.
  • To assist Supervisor in any other duties assigned when deemed necessary.
  • Undertake other responsibilities or projects as assigned.

Qualification and Experience Requirement

  • Diploma / Bachelors degree in any field
  • 1 Years or more preferred
  • Previous experience in insurance policy processing or a related administrative role is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal).
  • Strong computer literacy with a focus on
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Good typing skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline.
