Job Scope / Position Summary
- To process policies documents, ensure SLAs are met consistently.
Main Responsibility
- To ensure all transactions (New, Renewal, Endorsement and Cancellation) are processed accurately and timely in POLM.
- To ensure Key Performance Indicator (KPI) in Accuracy, Turnaround Time and Productivity are achieved consistently as stated in the Business Goals.
- Assist in conducting training, performing checking.
- To update user manual timely & accurately.
- To assist Supervisor in any other duties assigned when deemed necessary.
- Undertake other responsibilities or projects as assigned.
Qualification and Experience Requirement
- Diploma / Bachelors degree in any field
- 1 Years or more preferred
- Previous experience in insurance policy processing or a related administrative role is an advantage but not mandatory
- Proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal).
- Strong computer literacy with a focus on
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Good typing skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadline.
