Develop and establish station policies and business strategies for effective management of station OSHE & Regulatory Management.
Develop and review station asset management in line with the OSHE & Regulatory asset.
Ensure effective planning, implementation of OSHE & Regulatory management System.
Ensure effective utilization of manpower resources provided and ensure adequate training provided.
Establish unit budget requirement based on OSHE & Regulatory plan and ensure effective budget.
Identify risks, develop mitigation and ensure effective implementation of risk activities related to Occupational Safety & Health (OSH). With regards to OSHA 1994, FMA 1967, EQA 1974 and otter Act and requirement
Monitor OSHE & Regulatory performance achievement based on KPI targets and report to management on quarterly basis.
To execute OSHE & RegulatoryManagement Program.
Qualifications
Degree in HSE / Engineering or related field.
OSHE qualification will be an advantage.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years working experience in operation with experience in HSE.
Relevant training & experience on OSH management program planning preferred.
Good leadership acumen when dealing with people.
Able to communicate to all levels in organization.
