The ideal candidate will be a creative and analytical thinker. They will be able to conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that will effectively reach the target audience. They should be comfortable evaluating the marketing process, and work to critique and improve its outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- To follow up on the sales revenue performance of PSSR in the West Region.
- To visit customers together with PSSR every fortnight to strengthen customer relationships and support sales activities.
- To ensure payments and long overdue invoices from parts traders are settled within 30 days from the invoice date.
- To handle and manage parts traders orders, accounts, and customer complaints.
- To receive indent item lists from parts traders, check the part numbers, verify item availability, and request indent pricing accordingly.
- To prepare and forward indent quotations to parts traders, including price checking and negotiation to secure deals.
- To manage and control ageing inventory levels by promoting stock movement and offering discount prices to PSSR and parts traders.
- To monitor and support stock availability to ensure fulfillment of market demand.
- To source and obtain quotations for local purchases from parts traders to support PSSR in securing sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
- 2 - 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills
- Strong ability to focus on customer/market and take initiative Experience with social media
