Functional
- Provide front-line customer service
- Ensure accuracy in transactions performed
- Proper balancing and recording of daily transactions
- Check daily maintenance of accounts is performed
- Comply to Bank's internal control and procedures
- Perform Self-Audit Check diligently as required
- Cross sell and promote group products & services
- Work with CSOM to achieve CASA & cross selling targets
- Relief functions as and when required
Managerial
- Supervise Officer/clerical staff reporting to them.
Job Requirement:
Education/Qualification
- Minimum Degree Holder
- Professional or tertiary qualification or related working experience
Experience
- Related working experience in Financial Institution or related fields.
Special Skills
- Banking operations, knowledge in BAFIA, ECM, ABM Rules, BASEL II
- Service Oriented Mindset
