Executive Planner, Planning

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Planner, planning to join our team. The role is responsible for planning and scheduling all production orders to meet customer demands while ensuring smooth coordination with multiple departments to achieve On-Time Delivery (OTD).

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all production orders based on SAP demands
• Ensure production schedules are met, and deadlines are achieved
• Monitor raw material delivery schedules with buyers and ensure timely coordination with production, sales, engineering, quality control, supply chain, and store departments
• Drive efficiency and support continuous improvement in production planning and scheduling processes

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
• Prior experience in production planning is highly value

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

• Expertise in SAP and Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of MRP processes and Advanced Supply Planning too
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to structure issues, run accurate analyses, and provide recommendation
• Strong desire to challenge and improve the status que
• Demonstrated ability to achieve objectives and deliver measurable outcome
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
