Job Description

  • Handle regular purchasing material duties and administrative works such as issue PO, stock in and transfer out in system.
  • Handle garment orders from sampling to shipment to ensure delivery within agreed cost, quality and timelines.
  • Monitoring inventory in and out, order supplies and scheduling deliveries to ensure company has sufficient amount of necessary materials
  • Tracking orders, ensuring timely delivery and updating order records such as delivery schedule dates, purchase order and invoices.
  • Liaise closely with suppliers and forwarding agents in relation to shipment arrangement and documentations.
  • Provide support to overall issues pertaining to logistics and supply chain.
  • To create, prepare and translate cost analysis.
  • Make cost-efficient purchases and ensure fully stocked inventory consistently.
  • Update internal databases with order details such as dates, vendors, quantities.
  • Liaise with OEM factory to ensure all raw material arrive in good condition.
  • Perform other ad hoc assignment and tasks as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree in Business, supply Chain, logistics, procurement, or related field
  • Proficiency in MS office (Excel, Word)
  • Preferably 1 years working experience in related field
  • Good knowledge of procurement process: sourcing, negotiation, Po issuance.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage cost-saving initiatives and supplier relationship.
  • Detail-oriental and strong in follow up & documentation.
  • Team player but able to work independently
