Key Responsibilities:
Reporting & Data Preparation
Prepare and maintain reports on:
- New SKU sales performance
- Inventory aging by category and department
- Out-of-stock (OOS) rates
- Supplier on-time delivery
- Product seasonality
Ensure accuracy and completeness of all data and reporting dashboards.
Purchase Order & Inventory Support
Assist in reviewing:
- New SKU purchase orders
- Campaign and promotional purchase orders
- Inventory levels for potential promotional activity
Verify order quantities against established guidelines and goods-needed limits
Documentation & Follow-up
- Record review decisions and required follow-up actions.
- Ensure timely communication with relevant departments where needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Data or any degree with a statistical component.
- Good Excel skills and basic data handling experience.
- Familiarity with programming languages is a bonus.
- Comfortable working with numbers and reports.
- Detail-oriented and organised.
- Able to communicate clearly with internal teams.
