JOB ROLE

We are seeking a proactive Executive - Project Management Office. The Executive, Project Management Office plays a critical part in engaging global clients and partner travel management company, ensuring smooth project execution, driving process improvements and collaborating across departments to enhance the client experience and business efficiency. As part of our PMO team, you will drive strategic projects that impact client satisfaction and company-wide improvements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead client onboarding projects and ensure smooth implementation within the timeline.
  • Drive and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives aimed at improving business processes, scalability and overall performance.
  • Identify operational gaps and analyse business requirements, develop solutions to enhance efficiency and drive company growth.
  • Design, implement and standardize best practices to enhance PMO efficiency, consistency and project delivery outcomes.
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution, from concept and feasibility to implementation and operational readiness.
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely execution and tracking project progress using project management tools.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team to align progress and milestones, ensure seamless execution across teams and align initiatives with business goals.
  • Implement risk management strategies to mitigate risks that could negatively impact the project.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team to align initiatives with business goals.
  • Take on varied responsibilities to address evolving business needs.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, business process improvement or client implementation and engagement.
  • Demonstrates high adaptability and consistently delivers results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills to engage effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
