Job Purpose
To support Project Control in managing the financial, cost, and contractual aspects of marine new build, conversion, and asset integrity projects, ensuring projects are delivered in compliance with contractual requirements and within approved budgets.
What You'll Do
- Manage project costs, budgets, and financial performance for marine and asset integrity projects
- Prepare cost estimates, forecasts, and value engineering analysis to maximize project value
- Support contract administration including progress claims, variations, and final accounts
- Drive variation order and change management, including cost assessment and quotations
- Work closely with project teams to validate progress, quantities, and site works
- Ensure contractual, audit, and documentation compliance throughout the project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related discipline
- 35 years experience in marine, shipbuilding, ship repair, or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of contract law, cost control, and standard forms of contract
- Solid analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- High integrity, team-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic project environment
