Key Responsibilities

• Strategy & Roadmap: Provide input into shaping product strategy and maintain the product roadmap aligned with growth priorities.
• Performance Analysis: Analyse sales performance, product mix, and conversion rates across regions and channels to diagnose performance gaps.
• Intervention & Optimization: Develop targeted interventions across product positioning, campaigns, and sales models to address underperforming segments.
• Sales Enablement: Drive product-led sales enablement tools, initiatives, and training to improve frontline productivity and activation.
• Customer Experience: Design and refine product-driven sales journeys, using post-campaign data to optimize engagement.
• Commercial Viability: Assess product economics, sustainability, and market viability.

Key Deliverables

• Product development, launch plans, and proposition roadmaps.
• Customer and frontline sales campaign planning, launch, tracking and fulfilment.
• Sales and customer lead analysis reports.
• Sales and training support.
• Product performance dashboards segmented by region and channel.
• Momentum review outputs and structured action plans to drive sales uplift.
• Website management, collateral maintenance, and training materials.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Experience in product management, sales enablement, or business analysis (Banca/Financial services experience is a plus).
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to track impact, analyze data, and provide data-backed insights to refine products.
• Execution: Proven track record of managing product launches and maintaining marketing collateral/websites.
• Communication: Exceptional ability to collaborate across teams and translate complex product features into simple sales tools.
