This role is key to driving revenue growth by selling advertising and sponsorship solutions across our media platforms while building strong, long-term client relationships. What You'll Do
- Drive sales and business development: Identify, approach, and secure new clients for advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
- Manage client relationships: Grow and manage relationships with existing clients to maximize repeat business.
- Propose custom solutions: Understand client needs and propose customized media solutions across our platforms, including radio, digital, and events.
- Achieve targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by management.
- Collaborate and report: Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals. You'll also work with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and provide post-campaign reports.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the media, advertising, or related industries. Experience in client servicing, negotiations, and business development is essential.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and have a good understanding of sales reporting.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with various media platforms (radio, digital, events, social media) is an advantage.
