Position Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, managing existing accounts, and executing sales strategies. This role works closely with sales operations, marketing, and cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and deliver strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and revenue generation, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to meet and exceed targets.

  • Manage and grow customer accounts, building strong relationships to maximise retention and upsell opportunities.

  • Execute sales plans and campaigns, working closely with marketing and sales operations to support go-to-market initiatives.

  • Maintain and manage sales pipeline, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM systems.

  • Prepare proposals and negotiate deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs.

  • Provide market and customer insights, identifying trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery of products or services to customers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Results-driven with a strong commercial mindset.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
