Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive in Sales & Marketing, located in Shah Alam. The role involves daily responsibilities such as developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and reaching out to potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and coordinating marketing activities. The Executive will also analyze market trends and performance to refine strategies and achieve sales targets.

Job Description

1) Develop new business opportunities, partnerships and cross company products collaborations for domestic market and International Market, if applicable.

2) Conduct market research and analyze market trends, needs, customers behaviors, competitors analysis and future market trend forecast.

3) Follow through all the sales activities related to domestic and regional export market, if applicable.

4) Work closely with Technical, Production department on new product development & launching, promotional event

5) Prepare half yearly and yearly budget for Sales & Marketing advertising and promotional strategy.

6) Keep abreast of tariffs and duties relating to export operation, if applicable.

7) Preparation of shipment and custom documentation, if applicable.

8) Required to travelling for local, outstation and oversea for Sales & Marketing activities.

9) Perform any order duties and ad-hoc assignment as assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

1) Possess at least SPM, Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Marketing / Business Studies / Management or equivalent.

2) At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.

3) Experienced, creative and good analytical skill in FMCG packaging industry is an added advantage.

4) Great communication, negotiation and sales presentation skills.

5) Posses high level of commitment and able to demonstrate initiative and integrity.
