Job Summary:
Ikhasas is looking for talented individuals able to achieve marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, and evaluating advertising, merchandising, and trade promotion programs; analyzing and monitoring Palm Oil market price.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily duties such as to collect, compile and analyze the price in Palm Oil Market data.
- Assist to collect, compile, and file all MPOB-related documentation i.e. keep track of all related licenses and renew when expires. Assist to collect, compile, and file all Sustainability and Traceability related documentation.
- Monitor contract dispatch, executive arrangements and solve any problems arise.
- Track delivery of sales contract of CPO,PK and by-products, monitor payment and usage of contract and update contract usage movement
- Liaise with any parties that requires Sustainability and Traceability documents.
- Provide assistance to tally contract quantities for each buyer between mill report, system and HQ report.
- Assist in ensuring payment received on time from all buyers.
- Ensure timely submission and accuracy of daily/monthly reports.
- Assist Supervisor in the implementation of policies & procedures.
- Plan and arrange tankers for Stevia project
- Provide solution for issues arise in stevia projects
- Any admin task for Sales & Marketing department as necessary
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Economics/Data Analysis or any other related field.
- Experience in data analysis with proficiency in analytical software such as Excel, SQL, and other data analysis tools.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various teams within the organization.
- Proficiency in time management and ability to complete tasks within set deadlines.
- Experience in palm oil mill will be added advantage.
