Executive, Sales Operations Modern Trade

Job Description:

• Support activities related to administration and support services delivered to business operations in accordance to agreed service level standards
• Support superior in executing tracking tools and generating periodical reporting on effectiveness of administration and support services offered
• Coordinate with other key functions in organization in gathering and verifying all necessary information for on shelf availability tracking and promo compliance
• Support sales administration activities (e.g. daily order fulfilment, stock allocation) in accordance to agreed service level standards
• Provide administration support on department initiatives and programs

Job Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Preferably Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
• Strong multitasking skills with clear and concise communication.
• Agile and adaptable to fast-paced online environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team.
• Proactive, responsible, well-organized, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Proven experience with SAP and BIBO systems.
• Basic analytical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
