Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. This role also involves identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities
  • Respond to client requests for proposals (RFPs) and follow up on enquiries
  • Prepare sales quotations and follow up on purchase orders and invoices
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to secure, retain, and grow accounts
  • Create and maintain a database of prospective clients
  • Conduct cold calling and make multiple outbound calls to potential clients
  • Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions and support
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services
  • Close sales and manage clients through the entire closing process to meet sales targets
  • Collaborate with other teams to develop and execute marketing and promotional activities for corporate and offline sales
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts
  • Provide retail and operational support by standing in for retail staff at Bloomthis retail outlets when required, particularly during manpower shortages or peak operational periods
  • Support weekend, public holiday, or event-based operations when necessary to ensure smooth retail and sales activities
  • Assist with special projects or perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the manager

Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative problem-solving abilities
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficient in CRM software
  • Willingness to work weekends or public holidays occasionally, depending on client or event needs
