Job Purpose
The primary purpose of this position is to promote and sell properties under UEM Sunrise portfolio. Actively participating in sales campaign, roadshows, events, promotions and product launches. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers. Provide timely reports and feedback to the management. Handle administrative tasks related to sales.

Providing guidance and assisting buyers on matters related to the purchase of the property. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; excellent pre-and post-sales service.

Update and maintain customer database. Develops buyers by meeting potential buyers in marketing activities; greeting drop-ins; placing advertisements; responding to call in or website inquiries.

Generation of weekly sales report and any other reports required by management.

Preparation of roadshows, marketing activities and product launches.

Ensure cleanliness of the sales gallery and show rooms.

Possesses Diploma/Degree in Marketing / Communication.
Work Experience

Relevant working experience in digital / media advertising / marketing / Sales with at least 1-2 years&apos experience.
