Responsibilities

  • Manage the General Manager's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements and daily priorities
  • Handle correspondence, calls, emails and documentation with strict confidentiality
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and track follow-up actions
  • Liaise with internal departments, Owner's Office, Board members and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate VIP arrangements including bookings, transfers and special requests
  • Monitor guest feedback platforms and prepare professional responses and summaries
  • Manage documentation, approvals, expenses and maintain proper filing systems
  • Support corporate events, executive activities and ensure smooth Executive Office operations

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in executive secretarial or administrative roles
  • Experience supporting senior leadership (preferably General Manager level)
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
