Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Executive / Senior Executive in the Business Integration Unit (iCIMB & CCBO) at CIMB, located in WP. Kuala Lumpur with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role includes supporting business administration and management initiatives aligned with the organization's goals, collaborating across departments to ensure seamless execution of banking operations, analyzing data to identify strategic opportunities, and preparing detailed reports and recommendations for executive management. The executive will also be responsible for assisting in process improvement, resource management, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
- Proficiency in stakeholder collaboration, communication skills, and cross-functional teamwork capabilities.
- Project management expertise, including the ability to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of banking operations, strategy development, and management reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools to create presentations and reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or other relevant fields.
- Prior experience in strategy, data analytics, process improvement, or the financial or banking industry is an advantage.
