Job Summary
- The Executive/Senior Executive will support the day-to-day operations of CVSKL Foundation, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient execution across the Foundation's key activities. This role serves as a central operational hub, overseeing patient support initiatives for the B40 community, fundraising execution, financial tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
- Working closely with the CEO and key partners, including donors, hospitals, banks, auditors, and the company secretary, the role ensures operational efficiency, accurate documentation, and compliance with governance requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end processing of patient financial assistance applications, including documentation coordination, case preparation, approval tracking, and ensuring proper audit trails and timely disbursement of funds.
- Support fundraising initiatives by preparing proposals, reports, and donor communications; maintaining donor databases; and ensuring timely issuance of receipts and tax-exemption documentation.
- Coordinate and execute fundraising events and campaigns, including liaising with internal stakeholders, sponsors, and vendors, and ensure smooth operations within established timelines and budgets.
- Oversee financial tracking of donations, disbursements, and invoices, while preparing monthly reports and liaising with auditors, banks, and the company secretary to ensure compliance and proper documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the CEO, manage correspondence and filing systems, and assist with marketing updates, including website, social media, and awareness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mass Communications, Business Administration, Finance, Administration, or any related field.
- 12 years of experience for Executive level / 35 years for Senior Executive level. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in NGO, Healthcare or finance/admin roles will be an added advantage.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a lean environment.
