Ready to take the lead in driving efficiency and innovation The Executive / Senior Executive Rental Solution is responsible to grow Rental turnover and profitability by supporting the sales team and customers in particular with their short term rental (STR) requirements. This includes managing lead generation and opportunities (e.g. through cold calling), quotation generation, and the rental fleet. The jobholder is furthermore responsible for marketing campaigns, both internal and external to create product awareness and to boost rental turnover. When required, jobholder will engage end customer directly to convert the sales opportunity.

What you'll be doing:
- Promptly address rental enquiries (from internal and external customers), create Rental quotations, and proactively follow up on them
- Support in managing the rental contracts, ensuring prompt contract creation, truck readiness, invoicing and asset information is accurate and maintained in SAP, ensure compliance with all relevant group guidelines
- Manage Short Term Rental fleet utilisation and maintenance, ensuring prompt and accurate maintenance plans are created and high levels of rental truck availability
- Rental product management, which includes supporting on deriving rental solutions and conducting regular sales training relating in particular to Short Term Rental solutions, tools and processes
- Reporting, analysing and monitoring of Short Term Rental rates, costs, lost order, rental fleet, margins, market rental rates and competitor pricing
- Manage Short Term Rental rates, contracts and cost calculations tools
- Coordinate the logistics of Short Term Rental fleet with the Logistics team
- Support in creating and implementing business and marketing strategies to develop the Rental business
- Proactive follow up on account receivables (AR)
- Support in continuously improving standards and liaising with key stakeholders to optimise efficiency and seize new rental opportunities
- Assist in developing and sustainably implementing initiatives to drive the rental business, and related processes

What we look for:
- A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Business, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a customer service and sales experience, preferably within MHE, heavy equipment, heavy machinery, or a similar industry
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in local languages will be an added advantages
- A results-driven and a proactive individual
- Organized individual with good time management skills
- Solid technical expertise combined with excellent numerical, analytical and attention-to-detail abilities
- Strong negotiation skills and outstanding communication skills
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve complex situations effectively
- Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
