Forecast and pre-plan dipping line capacity by product and time horizon, and coordinate any changes with relevant plant personnel.
Prepare the monthly production-planning schedule, input Sales Orders and demand forecasts into the Product Planning Sheet, and verify all related data.
Determine ETD for Sales Orders/production enquiries, inform Sales & Marketing, and firm Sales Orders in the D365 system.
Re-schedule and firm planned batch orders and transfer orders (FG & gloves) in D365, updating Bill of Material when required.
Update daily actual production quantities and track all inventory movements, including WIP, raw materials, temporary packing, and packaging materials.
Arrange and ensure timely delivery of direct materials according to factory capacity, customer demand, and the monthly production schedule.
Conduct daily meetings with Packing Executives and lead shipment meetings to follow up Sales Order status.
Coordinate with Purchasing and Shipping on packaging needs, shipment ETD changes, or any required delays or reschedules.
Communicate constraints on shipment ETD or product limitations with Sales & Marketing, highlighting any issues to Operation Manager.
Submit weekly temporary inventory status, work closely with packing personnel, provide training to subordinates, and perform any tasks assigned by the superior.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in any related field which related
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experiences or fresh graduate.
Analytical techniques to understand and analyze solutions critically.
