Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented Executive to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this pivotal role, you will act as a strategic partner to our business leaders, identifying and attracting top-tier talent to fuel AnyMind Group's rapid expansion. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while actively contributing to a culture of knowledge sharing and excellence within the HR department.

What You'll Do

  • Identify future hiring needs and develop comprehensive job descriptions and specifications to attract the right talent.
  • Collaborate closely with department managers to compile consistent and accurate requirements for open positions.
  • Attract suitable candidates proactively through various channels, including databases, online employment forums, social media, and professional networks.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews, sorting through applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Assess applicants knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure the best fit for the role and the company culture.
  • Manage the administrative aspects of recruitment, including completing necessary paperwork for new hires.
  • Champion the company's reputation and employer brand, positioning AnyMind Group as a premier employment opportunity in the market.
  • Prepare and provide regular recruitment reports to team managers to track hiring progress and metrics.
  • Work autonomously within established procedures while seeking guidance on complex aspects of the process when necessary.
  • Contribute to a knowledge-sharing environment by providing guidance to colleagues and assisting in the training of junior team members.

Who You Are

  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field of study.
  • Have 1-2 years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar recruitment role.
  • A dedicated human resources practitioner with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate, educate, and effectively connect with people regarding HR matters.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • An attentive listener who is understanding, empathetic, and personable in all professional interactions.
  • Uphold high standards of honesty, ethics, and dependability.
  • Possess a positive, go-getter attitude with a drive to achieve results.
