The role is expected to support the design and execution of talent initiatives that drive leadership pipeline readiness, employee development, and organizational capability growth. This role will help build a strong succession pipeline, deliver talent insights to the business, and coordinate end-to-end talent processes across functions.
Succession Planning & Talent Review
- Support identification of critical roles, successor nomination, and readiness assessment
- Track talent movement and maintain updated talent profiles and readiness dashboards
- Facilitate and document talent calibration and review sessions
Talent Development & HiPo Engagement
- Support execution of Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for identified successors
- Coordinate development interventions aligned with relevant framework
- Monitor completion rates and effectiveness of development actions
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain the Talent Management database and tools
- Prepare regular reports for management on successor coverage and IDP progress
- Provide insights and recommendations based on talent analytics
Experience:
- 3years of experience in talent management, performance management, or HRBP roles
- Strong data handling, reporting, and presentation skills
- Understanding of succession planning, competency frameworks, and development strategies
