We are seeking adetail orientedTrade Services Executive to join our Wholesale Credit Operations team. The Trade Services Executiveis responsible for the processing oftrade transactions toensure the timely completion of data input and filing of documents. This role reports to the Line Manager and the successfulcandidatewill be based in our PJ City Trade Services Centre, Selangor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record receipt ofdocumentsin the Incoming Documents Register / Incoming Mail Register / Incoming Fax Register.
- Acknowledge receiptofTrade Services request (document) fromcustomers / branches /other bank / other business unit.
- Check, verify, process, input and authorizetrade transactions
- Ensure accuracy of data input and registration of trade transactions.
- To perform data input and scanning of documents into the system.
- Tracking payments of outstanding bills and paid transactions.
- Carry out any duties as may be assigned by Head - TSC or team leader from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Malaysian citizen
- Candidatewith aDiploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Business Administration or equivalent.
- Fresh Graduates/Entry level applicants areinvitedto apply, training will be provided.
- Candidateswith related experience in trade operationswill be considered for senior positions
