Job Description

This role supports the Group Treasury function in managing cash flow and liquidity, investments, and banking operations across multiple entities. The position ensures accurate and timely financial reporting to support strategic decision-making, maintains strong relationships with banking partners, and contributes to continuous process improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

1) Cash & Liquidity Management

  • Monitor Group-wide daily/weekly bank balances and key cash movements.
  • Analyze trends, identify irregularities, and prepare weekly cash position updates.
  • Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, validate assumptions with entities, and analyze variances against actuals.

2) Cash Flow Reporting

  • Compile and consolidate monthly 12month rolling cash flow for all entities.
  • Validate data accuracy, reconcile intercompany items, and review variance commentaries.
  • Contribute to forecasting standards, data quality, and reporting consistency.

3) Banking Operations & Treasury Administration

  • Manage bank signatory updates, account openings, and operational banking matters.
  • Execute FX settlements.
  • Prepare recurring treasury reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams and financial institutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support bank annual reviews and respond to auditor queries.

4) Banking Facilities, Borrowings & Guarantees

  • Maintain uptodate records of banking facilities, interest rates, and repayment schedules.
  • Support BG (bank guarantee) application and renewals.

5) Policy Governance & Process Improvement

  • Maintain and enhance Group Treasury policies and compliance.
  • Identify efficiency gaps support automation and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., report standardization, workflow enhancements).

6) Ad hoc Support

  • Assist with any ad hoc treasury or bankingrelated tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Technical & Digital Proficiency

Musthave:

  • Excel: Solid working knowledge, confident handling multitab files and large datasets.
  • PowerPoint: Ability to summarize & communicate financial data into easy to understand visual formats i.e. charts, tables, and visuals.
  • Familiarity with online banking portals.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable following up with stakeholders.
  • Clear, professional communication collaborates well across teams.
  • High integrity and sense of responsibility when handling confidential information.
  • Effective time management able to meet weekly/monthly/quarterly deadlines.
