Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new international markets and export customers
- Manage relationships with overseas clients, distributors, and agents
- Prepare and negotiate export sales contracts and pricing
- Handle export documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL, COO, LC, and shipping documents
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely shipment
- Monitor international market trends, competitors, and customer requirements
- Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and buyer meetings
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and company policies
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in export sales or international business
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and INCOTERMS
- Ability to manage multiple markets and customers
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in specific export markets
- Knowledge of foreign trade policies and customs regulations
- Ability to travel internationally as required
Expected Salary: RM5,000+ per month, depending on experience and qualifications; negotiable for the right candidate.
