Export Sales Executive

Job Location : Malaysia - Petaling Jaya

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of overseas market across Asia (Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, India) & Middle East through interaction and expansion of the company's distribution network in the region.
• To cultivate, monitor & review existing relationship with Distribution Partners
• To conduct market research on potential Distribution Partners and assist in evaluating their suitability for the company
• To handle all incoming overseas inquiries
• To action on potential overseas sales opportunities
• Laison with the Quality Department on the registration issues for export
• Follow up ad hoc / new projects on business development

Requirements:

• MUST HAVE experience in Export-Import Sales
• University graduate, educational background in Science discipline is highly desirable
• At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the trading company
• Previous experiences in Dental and Medical Industry &/or Exporting would be an advantage

Behavioral Competency Requirements / Attributes:

• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese would be an advantage
• Ability to interact with various overseas counterparts
• Good interpersonal & presentation skills
• Self-motivated, attention to details, analytical & able to work independently
• Can work under pressure
• Familiar with SAP system will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint
