F&B Server

Server is responsible to look after the outlets, perform outlet's sequence of service according to departmental standards and provide genuine services to ensure maximum guest satisfactions.

Responsibilities

• Creating memorable experiences by providing consistent excellent service to ensure guests satisfaction.
• Has good knowledge of Food and Beverage to provide good recommendations to our guests.
• Handles food according to the Food Safety Standards and maintains the cleanliness of the outlet as per hotel standards.
• Ensures the presentation of Food and Beverage is appetizing and visually appealing every time.
• Has good upsell and persuasion skills to increase revenue and achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Registers the food and drinks order accurately in the Point of Sales system and reviews order dockets to ensure the food is served on time.
  
  

Requirements

• 1 or 2 years of experiences in Food and Beverage service or any related experiences dealing with guests
• Pleasant personality and approachable
• Good interpersonal skill and team-oriented person
• Able to read and communicate in English
• Willing to work on shifts rotation
• Must have the right to work in Malaysia
