Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Seri Kembangan

Salary: RM3,000 RM4,999 (based on experience)
Working Arrangement: 2-shift rotation
A manufacturing company in Seri Kembangan is looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor to oversee machine maintenance, facility upkeep, maintenance planning, and team supervision within the factory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead troubleshooting and diagnosis of machine breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Carry out and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance for production machinery and equipment
- Ensure machines are maintained in good working condition to support production requirements
- Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams on maintenance scheduling and machine improvements
- Oversee maintenance of factory facilities, including utilities, electrical systems, air compressors, lighting, and building infrastructure
- Monitor contractor works, repairs, and servicing activities
- Supervise maintenance technicians and allocate manpower for daily maintenance tasks and breakdown support
- Prepare and maintain maintenance schedules, service records, equipment logs, and spare parts records
- Ensure all maintenance works are carried out safely and in compliance with company requirements
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent technical qualification
- Experience in machine maintenance and troubleshooting in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
- Able to supervise and lead maintenance technicians or facility personnel
- Familiar with factory facilities maintenance and maintenance documentation
- Willing to work on a 2-shift schedule
- Able to work in Seri Kembangan
