Job Title: Facilities Technician (HVAC or Electrical)
Job Location: Serendah Industrial Park, Rawang, Selangor
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain equipment daily, following schedules.
- Check equipment for faults and fix simple issues quickly.
- Report serious problems or risks to supervisors.
- Suggest ways to improve equipment performance.
- Keep accurate records of work done.
- Complete tasks assigned by supervisors on time.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience maintaining electrical systems or power equipment or HVAC systems.
- Know how to work with motors, compressors, chillers, pumps, AC systems, and power units.
- Careful, hardworking, and able to follow instructions.
- Willing to solve problems and work efficiently.
