Facility Automation, Scommerce (Bukit Raja, Klang)

Project Management

• Liaise between vendor and Scommerce stakeholders (e.g. Management and Projects teams).
• Provide technical support for the installation and management of Automated Machineries. Eg. Packing Machines, Sorting Machines, Labeling Machines, Belt Conveyors, Lifters , Bubble wrap machines and other Warehouse facilities including fire, ventilation, electrical.
• Provide insights and ensure site readiness for installation of machineries such as adequate electrical supply, safety, etc.
• Manage installation, commissioning including quantity/quality check, progress reporting, risk and safety management.
• Manage project handover with adequate acceptance test and handover of documentation (e.g. drawing, manual).

Machine Maintenance

• Preventive Maintenance: lead preventive maintenance plan, manage tool and spare part inventory and manage technician resources.
• Reactive Maintenance: collaborate with vendor and Regional teams to investigate incidents and upkeep records.
• Create SOP and train technicians to maintain, investigate and repair Automated Sorting Machine (ASM).
• Perform continuous improvements to increase overall machine availability, quality and performance.
• Lead maintenance activities while remaining hands-on in critical troubleshooting, repair, and optimization of automated machinery to ensure high availability.
• Provide coaching, training and technical guidance to improve team competency

1. 3-5 years of experience overseeing major projects.
2. Experience in managing major production machinery maintenance team.
3. Experienced in e-Commerce sorting / warehousing machinery is a plus.
4. Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / PLC) or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skillsets are welcomed to apply.
5. Project Management Professional (PMP) certified is a plus.
6. Strong leadership skills, promoting collaboration and teamwork across different departments/stakeholders.
